Dear Parents / Members,
The Junior Indoor league for U11 & U13 will start on Sunday 1st October at Queens School from 4pm and will run through to early December.
Similar to last year alongside the Junior League I will run a Dad’s & Lad’s team for those who are interested. It will comprise of U14’s or above, Senior players, Coaches, and Dad’s. The start time will is 6:30pm.
The format is simple and very informal with focus on fun, and nothing ultra-competitive. The game runs for 75mins and is played with a softball, so all that is required is a bat, gloves and a box. The cost is £5 per game.
There will be a series of 3 games which will be ultra-competitive, and that is a continuation from the last Saturday’s Presidents cup where the Juniors soundly beat the Seniors. 1st Team captain Mohammed Asif has accepted the challenge and is promising a far stronger side. I will confirm the dates for these games.
